The email with the codes in following ordering are sent instantly and automatically. Any emails sent thereafter are sent manually by the Unlocking Team. Because of this there can be some delay in any subsequent emails from the Unlocking Team.

If your phone is not in our unlocking order from drop down menu for "Manufacturer" and "Model", then we cannot unlock it. Please do not email us to ask if we can.  We can only unlock those shown in the order form.

Once you have ordered and paid for your instant unlock, you will be emailed the unlock code and instruction on how to get your phone unlocked INSTANTLY.  All these emails are sent instantly once you have completed your order.

You then enter the code into your phone as instructed.  This will unlock your phone.

They will email you back with how to proceed.  NOTE the email with the unlock code in sent instantly and automatically.  All other email replies will be sent by humans in the Unlock Team and may take a few hours to a day.
